Joining Cambridge Media Group in June 2005 is entertainment technology industry recruitment consultants Taylor Phillips. Established in 1999, its founder Julie Kirby will continue with the company and play a key role as the operation is expanded with a growing team based in Cambridge.
The founders of Taylor-Phillips have built up the well-respected specialist entertainment industry recruitment operation over the past five years after a long period of involvement in the lighting and sound industries and having personally recruited staff at all levels.
The success of the company has been due largely to an understanding of the market and how the sector operates. Their fresh approach has also seen the specialisation in bringing staff from outside the entertainment technology industry and placing them in important and constructive areas.
